PAYMENTS AND TIP

50 % non refundable deposit is payed on booking by bank wire.

The last 50% before hunt starts, so it can be by bank wire in good time before you get here, or by Visa/mastercard/cash on arrival here. But its your problem if your cards dont work. And please remember here you need the pin for your card. Most visa and mastercard are with a pin, you just never use it in the US, but here your card wont work without if its made with a pin. And your card need a working NFC chip for our payment system.

Sadly even with the pin and active NFC chip, card or phone app, its quite normal that US cards are blocked by your card provider under suspicion of fraud. So in general under 25% of US cards can be used here, and it is up to you to pay for the hunt before we start, if you cant pay you cant hunt, sorry. So for US hunters, please do a bank wire in good time or/and bring cash.

About cash payments please notice im not allowed to recieve more than 2000 euro pr hunter (15.000 dk/kr)

You can use USD or EURO, but we prefer dk/kr since we cant put foreign currency in the bank locally, or use it in the shop.

If you pay in dk/kr you get a 5% discount on what you pay in cash.

I sometimes get questions about how much to tip the guide. Its not a fixed amount, so it up to you, but if you got your animal and had a good hunt please give a nice tip. And please dk/kr when possible since the guides cant use USD or Euro in town.
